FRESH AND AUTHENTIC
Our chef Antonio comes from Salerno. Look forward to his "Squadra Cucina" with rustic and seasonal dishes. His fresh and timeless concept with a shot of Italian flair will delight every taste.

For early birds: BREAKFAST from 6:30

It is of the utmost importance to us that you start the day well. On our large breakfast buffet you will find a rich selection of cold and warm dishes as well as tea, coffee, fruits and muesli. We attach great importance to fresh and regional products. For early birds our breakfast starts at 6:30 am. Is there a better way to start the day than having breakfast in the light of the sunrise at the bottom of Matterhorn? For the day you can prepare a sandwich/ fruits for CHF 10.- after breakfast.

For story tellers: TEA TIME from 16:00 to 18:00

Every afternoon we invite you to our hotel bar for a classic tea time. From 16:00 o'clock you can choose from a selection of homemade cakes, pastries and delicacies. We serve coffee or tea with it. Cake, tea and coffee are free for our Butterfly guests!

For night owls: Dinner from 18:30

Our Italian chef Antonio brings the fresh and authentic cuisine of the Mediterranean to your plate. His "Squadra Cucina" will show you (with fresh and seasonal crearions) why the Italian way of life is so popular all over the world.
